How do I book a mobile ultrasound appointment?+
Use the appointment request form on this page, call 602-877-4702, or email doctorderrickflowers@gmail.com. We'll reach out to confirm a date, time and location that works for you.
Do I need a doctor's order?+
No. You do not need a doctor's order to book a scan with us.
How should I prepare for my scan?+
Just wear loose-fitting clothes so the area being scanned is easy to reach.
How much does an ultrasound cost?+
Every exam is $200, plus a $10 travel fee.
Do you take insurance? How does payment work?+
We do not accept insurance. We are cash pay only, with payment plans available: pay in full, or pay half now and the rest 2 weeks later. A $10 travel fee applies to each visit.
What services do you offer?+
OB and GYN/pelvic, vascular, abdominal, thyroid, small parts, kidney and superficial musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasounds.
Which areas do you serve?+
We serve the Phoenix, AZ metro and surrounding cities, including Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Surprise, El Mirage, Glendale, Chandler, Peoria, Mesa, Sun City and Paradise Valley. If you're nearby but not listed, ask — we may still be able to come to you.
What can I expect during the visit?+
Our sonographer arrives with portable, clinical-grade equipment and sets up in a comfortable spot in your home, office or facility. A warm gel is applied and a handheld probe glides over the area. Most scans are painless and non-invasive.
Do you work with clinics and care facilities?+
Yes. We provide on-site imaging for clinics, assisted living communities and home-health teams. Select "Clinic / Facility" on the request form and tell us about your needs.
How do I get my results?+
We will explain how your images and findings are shared when we confirm your appointment.
